Terms of Service

• All items are sold as is.
• All purchases are subject to a 10% buyer’s premium
• Credit/debit purchases are subject to a 3% fee charged by the processing company.
• Lane Taylor Auction Company is not responsible for shipping items purchased from this auction.  We will be happy to recommend shipping companies to the buyer.
• Arrangements for pickup of items and/or notice of shipping arrangements must be made directly with Lane Taylor after the close of the auction. All items MUST be acquired on the designated days for pick up. No exceptions. Your items MUST be paid for at the time of pick up. If your items are not paid for on the designated days of pick up we WILL charge your card on file.  Please call Lane at 601- 650-8186   within 24 hours of the auction to discuss terms.
• WHEN YOU COME TO PICK UP YOUR ITEMS, YOU HAVE THE CHOICE TO PAY WITH CASH, CHECK OR CARD.
• THERE IS A 7% MISSISSIPPI SALES TAX FEE & A 10% BUYERS  PREMIUM.
• ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP ON THE DESIGNATED DAY OF PICK UP.
• IF YOUR ITEMS ARE NOT PICKED UP OR PAID FOR ON THE DESIGNATED DAY FOR PICK UP, WE WILL CHARGE YOUR CARD ON FILE.
• ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS WITH NO WARRANTY OR GAURANTEE.
• ALL ITMES ARE SOLD AS IS WHERE IS.
• NO ITEMS COME WITH A WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE. 
• YOU WILL  NEED TO BRING YOUR OWN ASSISTANCE TO ASSIST IN LOADING YOUR ITEMS.
• LANE TAYLOR AUCTION COMPANY WILL NOT PROVIDE THE TOOLS OR ASSISTANCE NEEDED IN LOADING YOUR ITEMS.
